Everyone at pods from the initial phone call to completing the move was super professional and competent. I never moved with pods. I had lots of questions. Best choice versus truck rental

The first call taker, Ni, didn't enter my PIN number correctly and that was a big hassle. There is nothing I like less than wasting my time. Especially because I told Ni I couldn't log in right away, so her solution was for me to wait an hour. Great way to pass the buck. It took several calls in before Ashley helped figure out the glitch as to why I couldn't get into the website to sign the rental agreement. Outside of the PIN number input error, everyone else was spot on. And with the number of times I changed my order, all the call takers on the 877 number were fabulous, and the delivery went perfect. Brian, the driver who delivered the POD was extremely upbeat. Just listening to him answer his phone starts the call out well. And when I had to call him back because I was having trouble opening the POD door, his directions were spot on. The market manager, Tim, reached out to me and suggested I contact him directly rather than gong through the 877 number for everything but billing, as he claimed it would be more efficient. It worked for an email, but when I called him, he didn't respond, so the 877 number was definitely the go-to because they contacted Tim, who responded to them. That's the heirarchy that works, so I'll stick with that method. Overall, I got my POD on time, and being the movers were coming the next morning, that's what mattered.

Were supposed to drop off pod on a Friday, that did not happen, then Monday. Did not happen. Finally Tuesday and I had already paid for help twice so packed and loaded on my own. Then the pick up was 2 weeks out and pod sat empty on my property all that time in my way. PIck up window was 8:30 to 11 :30 that never happened. Then told me 12 to 2 is new window. That never happened. It us now 5 to 8 and I am sitting here. Oh got charged the monthly fee even though not my fault pIck up is 2 weeks out. They will only credit me after pod is picked up. So they keep my money all that time. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Do Not Use this storage company! I stored my belongings with them, paying for controlled climate storage and a protection plan. My belongs were returned full of mold with water stains on my mattress. Mold in boxes, in the drawers of my furniture. A water leakage test was done on the container after it was emptied and was positive for leakage but they still refuse to clean my contaminated residence. Per Ms Williams “mold is exempt” from the protection plan. It cost me over 5000 to have my residence tested and cleaned. DO NOT USE THEM.

Hard to get anyone to resolve your issues. I do not recommend them at all! My boxes were soaked and damaged several items. The lost 2 of my 3 containers for over one week!

Do not use this company if your move or storage involve FL. The pick up in MA was fine. Everything related to FL was a mess. It arrived a day late. The pick up date was missed on their end and the driver claimed falsely that I said it was because I wasn't ready. I started chasing them for a pick up 3 hours after my window expired. The same driver had called me to say he was minutes away and never showed. Clearly they continue to take orders knowing they have no capacity to handle the volume. I have paid over 3k and am now being charged 50 per day my HOA because I can't park in drive way. PODS files incident reports, requests for pick ups all of which have been ignored by the local terminal. Beware of giving them money. You have to pay most of it upfront and then you get left in a lurch and no one responds. Yesterday they gave me a pick up date of 2 weeks out. I am sure that will end up being because I "requested" that date. If you have a high tolerance for lies this would be the company for you.
