We have been to many businesses looking for granite for our kitchen remodel. We visited Quality Stones twice and they are by far the best place to go. When looking for the best selection of all grades of granite, they are second to none. When we walked in, we were greeted right away by a very nice young lady, Samantha. She took us up and down every row of granite, giving us pointers and trying to help us pick out granite that would match our cabinets and the rest of our kitchen. She is friendly and knowledgeable. It was so much easier at Quality Stones because they have all the different grades of granite in their own specific locations. They have such beautiful granite! We picked out six that now we will have to decide on. We highly recommend using Quality Stones!
My experience with Quality Natural Stones in Tampa was outstanding and we highly recommend them without reservation. Sid and his team were great to work with and they lived up to their promise for exceptional workmanship and superior customer service. My wife and I were only in town for a short period of time and Sid and his team were able to meet our needs and exceed our expectations within our short time frame. Every employee we interacted with (Granite installers) was not only professional and courteous but a true pleasure to work with which truly sets them apart from their competitors. They inspire confidence and I will recommend them to all of our neighbors at the Fish Hawk Ranch in Lithia and look forward to hiring them again when we renovate our bathrooms next! Nice people but they do not keep to any schedule. I had 2 bathroom counters that I wanted granite installed. I was promised it would be done within 2 weeks. So 4 weeks and 5 cancelled appointments later, well actually that was 2 cancelled and 3 no shows, no calls later. There is no quality control either. Their fabricator took no care when making my templates and my counters (pattern) did not match up, he put a vertical design beside a horizontal design. I made numerous attempts on the phone and email to schedule appointments not one of the appointments was kept. Simply awful way to do business, I would never recommend them nor would I want anyone to experience what I went through. I lost time at work for taking scheduled appointments days off (no shows) and the fabricator/installer showed up at twice, both appointments were for Noon, he arrived at 7pm at night and would leave around 11:30 or so. Poor way to run a business!!
Amazing customer service, the staff were very helpful. I was very confused as I didn't get enough information from my fabricator. They were knowledgeable and helped me to choose my granite. They moved slabs around for me to pick my slabs. I would recommend them for everyone looking for variety of colors to choose from.
Absolutely fantastic! The people there are so friendly. A very 'home' like environment. Great costumer service, and handles every question very quickly. All in all I have referred Quality Natural Stones to many of my friends and family,All though its little far from clear water where i live but it was worth the trip . Thanks a lot to my contractor and you guys for my beauty full kitchen .
