Not a big fan of indoor gun ranges, but this place is my go to now for target practice. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. Which is nice for a gun noobie like me. Will be back in the future!

After purchasing two guns at the gun show from Shoot straight approximately two months ago. I went to the Ft Myers store and purchased a couple gift certificates for 964, enough for an AR15 as a surprise graduation gift for my daughter. Meanwhile my daughter bought herself an AR15 at the gun show one week before she graduated from college, I figured since we didnt take possession of the gun, I could get a refund. Not! They said they couldn't do anything to help me. I had to use the gift cards , buy the gun and now will have to try and sell it to recoup my money. Poor business practice! as they now have lost me as a customer as well as all my gun toting friends.

Bullet Brothers Tactical

Called ahead to find out availability on ammo. Was told it was in stock. Went into store and waited twenty minutes before I was asked if I needed help. There were only two other customers at the time. Was told that they did not have the ammo available but the range desk said it was so I waited another ten minutes in line to be told that they were mistaken and that they did not have any. Not my first bad experience here. No apologies just a shrug.
