this is not the only donation center I've been to but it is by far the slowest. it takes me exactly one hour to donate 800mg of plasma and I'm often here for 4 hours. probably 15 bays open and no one had been called in an hour techs stand around talking and laughing and 4 hours of my time is worth more than 35. CSL in port saint Lucie got me out in 2hrs consistently but here there's lots of management walking around but none seen to care about what's going on here or do anything at all to correct the situation. Much better places. UPDATE The last three times I've donated, I've been in a d out much faster. It's been great. Also, I didn't make something clear the staff is outstanding.

So I really rarely make reviews.. but as I'm currently here I believe this will be important to note for future possible donors.. If you come here, it doesn't matter if its first thing in the morning. You will be waiting forever. You shouldn't have to be, and yes it would be possible to spend just an hour here.. but with the workers taking there sweet time, lollygagging with coworkers and other donors, avoiding you at all costs, it doesn't matter if you get here at 8AM, when they open, you will still be sitting here at 9:31 watching the people that are suppose to be setting you up and drawing your blood doing anything BUT working.. I have been in this donor chair for over an hour, and I still havent begun the process.. with a handful of workers in front of me being entirely unprofessional, and not trying to assist.. I propose management put a Nike poster on the wall for encouragement. So the employees can "Just Do It!" My one star was for the nice employees. It was gonna be 2 stars for nice employees but one employee got waaaaay too angry because I requested her NOT to stick me only because she seems to not know how to. It's not my fault she no good.. I'm supposed to want you to senselessly stab me??. I'm still recovering from the last time she touched me. No thanks.. this concludes today's rant. Thank you for your time.
I love this donation center . everyone treats you with alot of respect and kindness. Save a life see you guys there.
They NEVER pick up the phone so unless you have a way up there, nothing you need handled will be handled.
