If you're looking for a good place to spot manatees ( & learn about them) this is a must-stop! Check the flag as you drive by- if the manatee flag is up- the manatees are out! :) I see manatees there 8/10 times I've stopped.

Love this place! Manatees are not guaranteed of course but we have seen them the majority of the times we have visited. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice place and filled with information. Friendly staff was even nice to see Manatee right there. Has he was coming up for air.

This is a nice area for taking a slow stroll. We walked around the observation center but did not go inside. There are quite a few signs that give very good information about the manatees and their preferred habitat. A worthwhile trip indeed.

We did a kayak adventure thru the center and it was so much fun. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We learned so much. I would recommend this over and over
