I called to order a cushion cover my cat had damaged on a brand new 2021 sonic camper and i looked in venture rv page to find my nearest dealer. And this one comes up, so i called to inquiry about it and what the girl in parts told me is that they don’t really wanna order it and that they don’t do that kind of stuff and That they are not even gonna bother looking it up because they are not gonna order it.. so.. what am i supposed to do? I said.. YOU CAN CALL SOMEONE ELSE is the answer i get.. you guys are a venture rv dealer!!! Who else am i supposed to call?. Needless to say. I contacted another helpful dealer on the other side of the country and they are going out of their way to find a cover for me,, thank you sun camper rv for nothing.

Excellent customer service from the whole team at Sun Camper RV. My salesman Tom really worked with me as a first time buyer to understand the process and get RV and met all my needs for a good price. Keith the tech who gave me my walk-through splint plenty of time showing me the ropes and making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Any questions or assistance I have needed in the first days since, they have provided quick and excellent support while fitting me into their busy schedule. Paul in their service department was the last gentleman I spoke with regarding some questions to get a few routine things adjusted here or there and you can tell he is really passionate about what he does and even went over some awesome tips about different parks throughout the state and how to handle certain emergency situations. I’m glad I bought local and I’m glad I went with Sun Campers
