Consider my 1 Star to be zero stars. Going from Google fiber (Excellent service) to Vyve has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet company. This is worse than dial up. There is ALWAYS an outage. My husband could barely get through a couple of his online courses with this service. They are not worth the money, service should be free. I wish there was a better option in the area.

Josh, was a tech that came to my home really empathetic to my situation. Super clear understanding how the network functions and had fantastic recommendations for increasing my speeds. I'm so thankful for the service he provided today after struggling with this for a whole week.
Internet always down; no help from customer service or tech; bill ALWAYS changes with hidden fees; never answer phones; expensive for the little amount of service you actually get. It kind of sucks that there are only a couple of providers on the installation. They both suck, but Vyve is probably the worst.
The absolute worst company that I have ever used. The employees on Fort Riley Kansas are rude and unprofessional, the call center is frantic and never gives accurate information. We moved out mid month and we were told that our bill would be prorated, however, a month later they are trying to charge us with the entire month and saying that we were mailed a letter we never received. Talk about an absolute dumpster fire of an organization! Also god forbid you wanna use your cell phone and computer at the same time in your on home with the highest form of internet they offer, because guess what, shocker you can’t!
The employees were easy to work with and I enjoyed the service while stationed at Fort Riley.
