Found a vehicle on the internet (where else??) at Briggs Ft Scott, and decided to make the trek from Topeka, as my experience with two other dealerships was highly unfavorable. My guard was up, and my expectations were low. Brie in Manhattan set it up, and to my pleasant surprise, I got a call from Colby about 10 miles away guiding me directly to the dealership. The truck was ready to view, spit shined and the rest is history. Very pleasant experience and everyone was wearing masks and distancing in a very clean and safe environment. No hesitation for me to recommend Briggs Ft Scott!
