It is run down and has been well loved. However it is decently well maintained and clean. The staff we worked with was very pleasant and Renton a room for a few hours was NOT expensive. TV and DVD player both worked which helped entertain the children after we had lunch. We were from out of town and grateful for a decent space to get out of the cold. It is at the end of a dead-end road behind a school but had some very cool landscaping we utilized for pictures.
