Appointment time don’t mean anything here. I got apt time at 11am I got here at 10:40am there was a guy here before me but his apt time was for 1pm and he get in before me. They are really slow about 45min per truck because they have to count everything piece by piece. 1:40pm still here. They have meeting and left me halfway through unloading!!!! This is insane.

Great Service, courteous down-to-earth workers. Office personnel at was great. Had no problem checking in. Soon as I got my tarps and straps off, I was pulled into the unloading bay.

Wow, it's always the same song they sing when you order. They say it will be there on a certain day and then they don't show up. Call them up to find out what happened and they say it will be there the following day. Same thing, they don't show and you have to call them back to find out it's actually 2 more days. Then it's next week. Last time I ordered, the cycle lasted 2 weeks and then I cancelled the order. Order at your own risk, add 2 weeks to their quoted delivery times and you won't be disappointed.

Boyd's customer service is one of the best in the industry. Orders are processed timely, backorders or delay notifications received immediately. Daily deliveries are accurate and strapped well for removal and stocking. Their attention to detail and strong communicative skills keep our company aware of any possible delays whether the mills are running behind or a delivery truck encountered problems in route to us. Their planning and stocking strategies provide excellent cost containment in this volatile market. This is a great company with a wonderful group of people that know the value of excellent customer service and support.
