Tim, Jim and Butch were extremely helpful during the passing of my wife’s mother. They were always checking to see if there was anything additional they could do. Their compassion for our family was heartfelt and genuine. We greatly appreciated everything they did for our family.

The staff did a good job prior to the service. Communication was easy and clear. The only slip up was \after\ the service Communication came up a bit short. That said, overall, everything went well. Tim was courteous, helpful, and professional. I appreciate you all....
I can't imagine going anywhere other than Edwards. My Daddy in 1992, Bill's Mom in 1995, and my Mom in 2007, and now my Bill in 2021. the kindness over the phone, in person, follow up calls always comes through. I don't know if Tim planned to be over an hour with me our first meeting.....my folks and Bill & I all had the pre-arrangement plan so that made things simpler. I always recommend Edwards to all who will listen! It is hard burying your parents, but you do expect to do that. Much harder is burying your husband. Everything has been done with care, thoughtfulness and kindness. THANK YOU! And THANK YOU to Tim Chilcott who has been so good to me. :) p.s. some questions on the survey could not be answered as the service for Bill is not until this Saturday 2-27-2021 at 3:30 pm. the snow was an issue as our girls live in Wisconsin and Ohio and my brother in Chicago. this 60 degree weather should let travel be safer!! otherwise, I would not be going to any other funeral home than Edwards. thank you. :)
Edwards Funeral Home took their time, energy, care, and resources to make one of the most difficult and vulnerable times in life much easier to bear.
