Love the new location. Everyone there is friendly. Glad to have them open for business so I can rent tools from them.

A forecast of severe thunderstorms on graduation day places a lot of stress on our staff---especially when the backup plan involves a 53,000 square foot arena that is not air conditioned. That coupled with temperatures hovering around the 90 degree mark appeared to be setting up as a recipe for disaster. I was amazed at Hugg and Hall’s response to our inquiry about the possibility of air conditioning such a large facility on only a couple of days’ notice. To have a crew onsite within a couple of hours to evaluate our needs and to have equipment in place and operational in such a short time period was truly an amazing accomplishment. I recognize that our request was bordering on unreasonable, but you and your crew at Hugg and Hall bent over backwards to help us cool such a large facility. A lot of patrons were extremely concerned when the announcement was made that graduation would take place in the arena, however they were pleasantly surprised when they walked into a cool facility.
