Had my lanai re-screened, as it was 13 years old and had several rips and tears. Chris came out, and gave me a couple of estimates, explaining everything in detail, making it easy to understand. I went with the Super Screen 17/20 on the top and 17/14 on the sides; this was a better/stronger option with my dogs. It only took 3 days for the installation, due to the weather. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the results. Additionally, they pressure washed my lanai frame after everything was done. I recommend Chris to anyone needing the same service. Our first consultation visit was one year ago in Feb 2020. We heard virtually nothing for several months until we got someone to answer the phone. Finally scheduled for installation in November but the date was missed. Drove 4 hours and personally delivered a new access code for the first week of Feb with a face to face commitment to install on Feb 2nd. Again, a no show for the entire week. Numerous calls/messages and emails over the months have gone unanswered. I am very disappointed in the service and response from the company. You have our phone numbers and email addresses. Their crew did an amazing job changing out the old rusted screws and rescreening my pool enclosure. The guys went above and beyond to ensure that everything was cleaned up. I will definitely be referring my neighbors and friends to them.
I needed some repair work on an enclosure and some window screens quickly for a home sale and they came through when other companies were unresponsive. Thank you for the quality and quickness. Will definitely use them again in the future.
