So many people I know had a negative experience at this store, but I decided to give them a try anyway. Well, they were right. My friends told me that they're not customer friendly and that their attitude is "This is what we have. Take it or leave it." They argue with people, and have even been known to hang up the phone on a customer. The owner I don't believe is American, and just doesn't understand our way of talking to customers. He's overtly belligerent and brusque. Wish I'd listened to my friend's warnings. Needless to say, I didn't buy from them. I drove to Omicron in Panama City and G & K where I was very happy. They have much better selections at better prices anyway.

The staff is misleading, and they blatantly lie about which stones they carry. They'll tell you anything just to get you in the store, and switch up on you once you're in there because they never had what they claim to have over the phone. They lie and say that it's the same stone, but it's not. Two different names. Two different stones. For instance, I called G &K in Niceville, who was honest enough to tell me that they don't have the particular stone that I was looking for, (although they do carry one similar to it), which goes to demonstrate that they're not the same stone. When I asked to speak with the manager at Easy Stone about the sales girl's mischaracterization, he was abrasive and hung up on me. I guess that was his defense mechanism because he knew they were caught in a lie. Nonetheless, they don't go out of their way to display a stone that you're interested in, simply telling you that it's like being cut from the same tree. Very poor customer service. They're argumentative and unapologetic. I'd strongly suggest not doing business with them. These foreigners are rude. Omicron in Panama City or G&K in Niceville are more curteous.
I was helped a week or two ago pick out a quartzite slab after my builders broke my first pick I came in extremely upset and was helped find a new one. I’m thankful to the young lady that helped me. I think her name was danni.
Their selection is poor, and their prices are unreasonable. You may want to consider trying a different wholesaler.
Easy Stones truly was superior to the 2 other places we tried along with the big box stores. Their prices are fair and up front. Very easy to work with. Always available and worked on our timeline, not their own. The quality of stone and placement was impeccable.
