Steve and the guys always give us great service at a great value. The installers were in and out in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and did a good job. The installers arrived on time and then the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up their mess and didn't damage anything.

Products are fair-ok but they don't care about your schedule. We had a repair installation scheduled for 9am Tuesday. They called mid afternoon on Monday to say that it would be between 11-1 before they came because of other jobs. I rescheduled it because I was waiting for them to come so I could let them in before I left for work. We rescheduled it to a day they could be here at 9. The repairman showed up at 10 not knowing anything about the job. Didn't know he needed tack strips, that the carpet patch we had was running the wrong direction, didn't know any details at all about the job. I called and spoke to the owner who said that the person I originally spoke to about the job had called in sick and no one knew anything about his notes on the job. No communication at all. The repairman had to leave because he didn't have all the materials needed and now I'm looking at having to schedule the repair for a third time.
