Management is terrible, they’re not hands on at all. They just walk the floor and sit at desks or in offices. If you become a Press Operator here, other press operators will end up training you. You won’t be given enough time to learn each individual press and when you make mistakes on things you have not learned they will take it as you are not performing to their expectations. They hire temporary employees and treat them less then other employees. I don’t recommend this poorly operated facility to anybody, it’s a joke.
