Very disappointing trip to Spencer's today five people standing around talking and only one person on a register. They lost a 120.00 sale because they wanted to stand there and talk instead of opening up another register so customers could get their stuff and get out

Lack of essential anything.. I bought a gift card for 150. Get home and its empty. Go back and they reload guess what. Empty still. Then I'm told they will mail it THEY KEPT MY RECEIPT still nothing. Been 2 weeks. I'm about to report them to corporate or state for theft.
