My husband called for a part the day before. He talked to a guy that said he would pull it and take his name down and he could pick it up in the morning. So the next morning, he drives a whole hour to get this part and the lady at the counter has no idea what he's talking about. He confirms that the number he called is that number. So my husband says just forget it can you get the part that I need? She says she has it but he needs to wait about 30 minutes to pull it. He ends up waiting an hour for the part and goes to check on it. She finally comes out with the wrong part on the wrong model year and says that they don't have the part he was looking for. If that was the case, she should have said that at the beginning instead of wasting his time. We're very disappointed seeing that they had great reviews. We will not be back and we will not be recommending.

They had the part, but 2 of the clips were broken, which is exactly what's wrong with the part we're attempting to replace. It took them 40 minutes to get the part when we got there, even though we called ahead to give them notice to pull it from inventory. We left empty handed because they weren't knowledgeable about their own stock and presented a damaged part online as \very good\ condition. Honesty would have prevented us from wasting a trip and kept us as future customers.

I was about a click away from spending 1000’s elsewhere, just to get dealership parts, that would take weeks to receive anyway. Had to call around a lot, but this place was a life saver. Instead of 1000’s, I’m only spending 240.
