I had a horrible experience. I will never ever use movers again. 2 days before the move I was told that I would be the second move of the day. I never heard any thing after that until I finally called after 12 PM the day of the move as they had not showed up or even as little as called yet. The mover mentioned to me that the first move of the day cancelled their move so I am not sure why they showed up so late. On top of that they damaged my new home and we had to paint and repair the walls. Charged us 100 for packing materials after they gave us two boxes because \the woman before you left them and we don't need them so you can use them\. It cost me 752.01 for a 2.5 hour move. I was told on the phone that there was a 14 charge for gas, turns out they meant 14%. I had a tiny 600 sq ft apartment and had sold most of my furniture so there wasn't much to move. The largest things they had to move were a recliner and a bed. The truck was maybe a quarter of the way full. On top of all of that we had to help move things and when we got to our home the only things they put where they were supposed to go was the larger furniture. Everything else was put in the living room and left for us to move. It was very obvious that they were not concerned about our belongings. They put very heavy boxes on top of a box that was clearly labeled \FRAGILE\ and the box collapsed. They didn't assemble any furniture like we were told would be done. I regret using them and will now never use movers again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! P.S. Its really upsetting that they only respond to the positive reviews and none of the negative reviews.

Movers were on time, very professional, and fast. They realize time is money and value making the most out of their time. It was an effortless and painless experience. They carefully wrapped everything and I felt they treated each item like it was their own. I highly recommend them!

WORST MOVERS EVER. I’m speechless. This company is a bait and switch. During the first initial phone call, they will tell you a quote. Mine was 109 an hour plus an hour for transit. That seemed reasonable to me so I put down a 100 deposit. During the 2nd phone call, I was told about the 109 an hour, the 109 for transit AND then BOOM, apparently there is a GAS SURCHARGE ALSO. Expect them to milk the time it takes to move your things! It took 3 hours for them to just PUT the things INTO the truck! On top of that, they will make you pay once you get to your secondary location. I called the office whenever we got 2 hours into the move and they were still nowhere near done and guess what? The lead came into my HOME and screamed at me “why did you call me office?! WHY HUH WHY?! do you want me to throw your tv into the truck?!” When you speak to the managers, Adolph or Carlos, they’ll sit there and pretty much tell you “we can legally hold your items” just for disputing the amounts they were charging you for. Go anywhere else but here. I had such high hopes.
