I'm about to have a transatlantic flight in this American airlines aircraft. I'm writing this in 2019... Not in 1999. Also, the crew was terrible. My arm is broken a no one from the staff helped me to lift my bag.

I will not be flying American Airlines again if it can be helped. I and 200 other customers have been sitting at DFW headed to ORD for 8 hours. First, the mechanics were late in sending the plane from Florida to Texas. Next, the flight crew was on the plane longer than they were supposed to be. So after 4 hours of waiting, they had us deplane, only to have us replane 2 hours later. Then, it was another hour of waiting for them to fix issues that should have been fixed hours ago. This is awful customer service and I will be remembering NOT to choose AA again.
Flight out of DFW delayed 12 hours from destination blizzard fine. But when it’s time to board in the morning no plane at the gate causing further delay? First there was an inbound aircraft that was reserved for this flight and it landed last night...what happened to it? Two, it’s a hub many planes standing by doing nothing pick one. Finally this mess should have been sorted out hours ago and not cause unnecessary delays to an already excessively delayed flight. Way to go American........and you are begging for government bail out.........
If you want your outrageous call volumes to decrease you should just give international travelers the refund online rather than making us call. Nice leadership. I keep telling myself never again but this time I mean it.
Worst airline ever. From the staff before you board, to the flight \attendants\ who attend to NOTHING! Never have I ever seen a customer oriented business be not customer oriented to this extent! I would grow wings and fly myself somewhere before I would ever fly with American again.
