Americold are on my top 10 best load/unload location to visit. Fast in and out. For this system to work. They have a strict on time policy. I was 15 min later and had to wait for morning appointment where done. Gate worker was polite and professional. In all, it was a total of 2 hrs in and out, while late.

I gave this rating solely on behalf of the \lady\ who works on Friday nights. She is a piece of work! Truly unprofessional! Not willing to help. Bothered by questions you may have. And completely unhelpful. I don't normally criticized someone but if your job is to assist then do so!! There are many who would love to have your job! Oh by the way it is rude to sit there eating while drivers are waiting to ne checked in.
