We often hear of boil water notices but they do seem to be upgrading the water lines so I went with a 3 as they seem to be trying to rectify the issues. However, I cannot rate any higher as there is just too much inconsistency at the treatment site. It seems they dump the maximum amount allowable of chlorine in and the wait til they are at the lowest threshold and repeat. This means there are often a week or two of water so highly chlorinated that people with sensitive skin or systems cannot use the water. At the moment if I try to take a bath I will come out with chemical burn. Can't drink it as is either or end up violently ill. So until it is water that I can consistently use, a 3 is generous. I think they mean well but its just not cutting it for a great number of their customers.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We have now had no water for 5 days and have reported 7 times now. They still haven’t sent anyone out to look and our entire neighborhood is without water. We have no other option for water service and so are forced to use this cheapskate, farce of a company who refuses to even provide any updates. When the water does work it’s not even drinkable. These people have left a neighborhood without water for 5 days. Citing the “rolling blackouts”. This neighborhood had 0 blackouts. They are negligent ans need to be sued.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!!! All they do is give their customers the run around and lie about the service being on and claim peoples meters are frozen. No the whole neighborhood has been out for 5 days now and they are NOT even trying to fix the problem!
