Yesterday my visit to this AT&T store was less than ideal, to put it mildly. I was made to wait for over an hour to be served . First of all, this is more than unreasonable. We as customers were expected just to stay in the parking lot and wait for a text message to tell us they were ready. I went for a brief walk at the shopping center near by. I received the text message the AT&T store was ready for me, a few minutes later, I arrive and they told me that they skipped over me and went to the next customer. Not only was I not given a text message telling me that I was the next in line, I was passed over and made to wait another 45 minutes. This wait time was disgusting . This is an example of bad customer service and I’m going to avoid this store the next time I need to do something as simple as update my plan or my phone. Lastly, I was not given any details about my new data plan for my cell phone. It was very impersonal, and I felt treated like a number . Not all customers are treated with the same respect there. That’s obvious .
Awesome friendly staff who are knowledgeable. They were quick to answer any questions I had. I feel happy getting my phone upgrade from this location.
