I LOVE my new s4 ... from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Angel, he never rushed me or pressured me into anything! He was quick to bring cars over from the other lot and take me out for test drives. Very knowledgeable and relaxed.. not your classic “car sales man” I love my car, I loved the experience buying it and would highly suggest y’all get in there and ask for Angel by name! He will give you the best service!

The sales manager Bill and our salesman Anthony (the folks at the store affectionately called him A-train) took the time to really understand what I needed. They found the perfect car to fit my style and needs. They made the deal so perfect that we drove from Houston to Fort Worth the day before thanksgiving to get the car. THEN,... they made another offer so perfect that we went back the day after thanksgiving and traded our other car! I’m still in shock that they took such good care of us!
I visited Audi - Fort Worth on 2/13/2021 to inquire about an Audi Q3. I wasn’t necessarily looking to buy just yet. I was only interested in looking and information gathering at this point. Mike F. assisted my husband and I in our search. He found us the perfect Q3 in the perfect color (I was in love as soon as I saw the color). As soon as I test drove the Q3 I fell even more in love. Mike did a fantastic job of making the purchasing process seamless and he was able to secure the deal that we needed to purchase same day. Marc M. made the financing process equally painless. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I cannot recommend working with Marc enough (Seriously, he’s great). If you are in the market for a new vehicle and want to work with a great group of people who put their customers’ needs first, look no further. This review is exactly 1 month after the time we visited as I like to be sure I feel the same way after they have earned my business. We had been shopping around for a couple of months for a 2nd vehicle. We visited Nissan, Honda, Mercedes, and ended up leaving all of them unimpressed as the process was exhausting. On a total whim, I contacted Bill at Audi of Fort Worth and be crushed it. Bill thoroughly helped us through the process and we left trading our first car for a Brand New Q7 AND A3. Seamless, easy, and he showed us what made the most sense for our situation. Incredible experience and these guys are determined to help.
I reached out to this dealership from my home in Atlanta, GA as they had just listed a car I could not live without.
