You will be greeted quickly at the door and seated just as fast. Our waiter, Seth was great, checking on us several times as needed. He made a few great recommendations. The flavors were fantastic. The sushi chef was attentive and even made my wife a special birthday dessert. We will be back.
The sushi was tasty and the service was ok. Their use of soy paper made for a unique taste. The main thing that contributed to 4 stars was value. The price was higher than the quality/ quantity.
It is very rare these days for businesses to truly care about the customer and their experience. My wife and I visit often to the Blue Sushi and Sake in Fort Worth, Texas and the food and service is always on point. Yesterday during the lunch rush we ordered food to go curbside which took considerably longer than anticipated and once we got home the food wasn’t up to the quality and expectations we typically have and receive from BSSG. I went online and filled out their contact us form to inform them of our dissatisfaction. Later that evening, Justin the restaurant manager called me and apologized. He asked about every detail of my experience and vowed to hold his team to higher standards in the future, he also refunded the charges for our meal without me asking for any compensation. That my friends is customer support and a true passion for providing an excellent dining experience! This is the kind of company that makes you want to do business with! Other restaurants should follow their lead. Thank you BSSG! See you next time.
Everything here was absolutely wonderful. The cocktails were great. We had the Hot Popper, Lion King, and we ordered the Hawaiian roll twice because it was so good! The Itchy Salmon appetizer was also phenomenal! The staff was helpful and friendly and provided great service 10/10 would eat here again!
