My husband and I went to this location and we were absolutely pleased with Efrain's service! We went for a service, Efrain Ramos helped us immediately. Then we needed parts, and there he was helping us choose the best ones, then helped us get a rental as well. Efrain Ramos helped us every step of the way, never looked annoyed or frustrated. We were also pleased that he spoke Spanish fluently, since my husband communicates more in Spanish. We will definitely be going back!

I have doing business with Bobcat Fort Worth for over 5 years now and everyone has been courteous and professional. If you are buying a machine the sales staff are great to deal with(already purchased two machines). The service department has been great to work with if you have any issues or just routine maintenance they treat you right. The parts department has been very helpful when I have needed parts. The store manager Elvin always makes you feel like a person and not just a customer. Once again thanks to everyone at Bobcat Fort Worth keep up the great work.
