Run away from this broker. I attempted to work with this shady broker twice already. They signed a lease under us. The first time, Jim Ferris stopped answering calls. And found out they are dealing with other prospects on the same property. And Michael Spain apologized and started the negotiations. We were ready to signed the lease agreement. And they signed a lease with other group under us. They will play you until they get better deal from other prospects. If you get the lease from, then you know something's up. This is the most unethical broker I ever encountered. Wasted two months trying to get the lease from this guys. Speechless. People still do business like this.
