I have purchase carpet from carpet one twice. The first time we were matching carpet in a house we recently purchased and they were friendly and quick (we had a very short time frame). Then I was looking for a specific color and design of carpet and I could not find it anywhere online. I thought I’d try carpet one and Marty went above and beyond helping me find the carpet. After I looked in their store she came out to my house a few hours later to make sure it would look good and match my paint. I just had it installed and I was really worried about doing a hard pattern on curved stairs but OH MY GOD it looks amazing. Everyone from sales to the installers are friendly, prompt and amazing at what they do!!! Skip Home Depot and Lowe’s and use carpet one.

The sales people here are so friendly and helpful. Their prices were competitive with home depot and Lowe's. What I really liked was that you could tell ypu what you want and they can easily show you to what you are looking for. They help from beginning to end!
Carpet One is simply amazing!!! The sales staff was so friendly and knowledgable, mainly the manager Ron Jenkins. The selection was over powering but salesperson Marty made it simple. She showed me a great carpet with a super price. I'm going to tell all my family and friends about my experience!!!
