Seriously, if your looking at this you probably need something from carrier. So you know you can't go anywhere else. They know that also. It shows in the snobby attitude and super extended wait times if you call for service help. Trouble bis the units are solid and dependable too. It's win lose with Carrier. Good luck

Been in the dock 2 hours only had maybe an 8th of the trailer like 8 total pallets and still not done yet the guy tells me an hour and a half ago we are gonna start and get you out fast id hate to see how long a full trailer takes here
