We had my son's 1st birthday here, and the place exceeded my expectations on how much fun it is for kids! Our guests were between 1-10 years old and they all had a blast with the various activities! The party room had everything you could possibly need for a party. Tables, chairs, a high chair, and even a fridge.

Be careful with this place. We had to cancel our party because of COVID. They closed. Nothing we can do. Now that our son is older. He doesn’t want his party here. They will not refund our money. They say it’s in their policy. I’m sorry, I didn’t see Covid as part of your policy. The correct thing would be to refund our money. But they refuse. I actually have messages from “Amy” saying they would arrange a refund. Now all of a sudden they refuse. Very shady. Update to your update. Trust me. I understand the situation we all face. Under your cancelation policy, that would mean if the place burns down, you would be under no obligation to return anyone’s money. This the “be careful” comment. Nobody expected Covid. We did reschedule while still requesting a refund. As what choice did we have? Can I imagine you refunding everyone’s money? Why yes, yes I can. Because that’s what people do when they don’t supply a service that was requested. At least, that’s what MOST businesses do. I am a small family who also relies on that money just as much as you do. Especially since we were told a refund could be arranged. That’s what we did expect. Rescheduling was only because we had to. Not because we wanted to. This whole thing was a fluid situation. And honestly still is! But being told one thing then back tracking will always rub me the wrong way. Thus this review.

Great place for a kids party! So many creative things to do. Fantastic place for the kids imagination to take over. Seemed safe and inviting.

I booked my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. Not only is this place very expensive to rent, the online pictures/virtual tour DO NOT match the actual play area!! I booked this place based on them having a bounce house slide and when we arrived, there was not one!! I am NOT happy about this! PLUS after the party all the young children that attended got sick!! They were diagnosed with RSV! That included three 3 year olds, one 2 year old and a 4 month old! My daughters are STILL sick!! Its been almost a month since the party! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
