This has been one of the biggest disappointments. My mattress was supposed to be delivered Saturday Dec 5th. Ordered previous Tues Dec 1st. I waited all day. No call. No delivery. Moved to Tuesday. Moved to Wed between 10-12. No delivery. Truck didn’t leave until after 11. It’s 7:57 and I’m still waiting. Sick and tired of excuses. I will be canceling my order if not delivered by 12.00 noon tomorrow. I have recommended this company to several family and friends. All done now.

It also doesn't hurt that Norm in the showroom is very knowledgeable and patient as he shows you the multitude of products this company has to offer to meet individual needs.
