Dr. Randy Jones is the most amazing vet I've ever had. I had the sweetest older chihuahua, who ended up with some health issues including cancer. Dr. Jones and the team at Cityview took such great care of her. They were kind, compassionate and really wanted to do what was best for her. I never felt like they were racking up charges. He helped her through some tough health issues for a few year and then Dr. Jones helped me to make the difficult decision with Nelly. He personally walked me through the procedure and was with us every step of the way. I've just brought a new puppy, Daisy, there for care and she received the same attention to detail, kindness and understanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jones and Cityview to anyone who loves their pet and is looking for a great place to get all of their animal care. And a special thanks to Dr. Jones for kindness and to all the team for their warm and welcoming attitudes.

When my husband and I adopted our first two fur babies almost eleven years ago, after a quick bit of research, we decided to use Cityview Animal Hospital and have ever since for all of our fur babies. Dr. Jones, Dr. Lott, and Dr. Hudgens have guided us compassionately and professionally through the highs and lows of having furry family members. As our primary vet for most of the eleven years, Dr. Hudgens has seen us and our babies through many good news, some bad news, and two of our heartbreaking losses thus far. We are grateful for her professional and compassionate guidance and enduring our ugly cries. We love the staff for all they do, their love for all the animals coming through the front door, their professionalism, and friendliness. We are particularly grateful for their patience when we bring in our 75 lb overly excitable lab mix for a checkup, or, God forbid, a nail trim. Thank you, Cityview Animal Hospital.

My littlest pup came in from being outside with her bigger sisters with an eye protruding. I called a friend who’s a vet in Dallas, and was instructed to take her in immediately. We just happened to luck out going here! Dr Lawrence went to work re-seating her eye and our vet said it looks amazing and that Dr. Lawrence had done a superb job. He’s very hopeful we will be able to ultimately save her eye once the stitches are removed. ER visits are expensive, unpleasant, and generally unplanned. I’m going to tuck this place away in my memory and hope we don’t have to use it again but would gladly bring our pups back here should the need arise.

This was Baloo's first visit to City View Animal Hospital and he loved it! Everyone is very friendly, professional and cares about the animals wellbeing. It was no problem getting an appointment, the waiting time was just a few minutes, and the cost is very reasonable. We highly recommend this vet!
