Dr.Ruiz was very thorough with her exam , explanation and recommendations. Very kind and spent ample time with you. She made sure I understood what she was saying and explained in a way I could understand how my ears work. Would highly recommend. Front office very pleasant and friendly on arrival. First time to see a audiologist and found the perfect one for me.
