Would not recommend this builder to anyone, would have given less than 1 star if that was possible. They are unresponsive and when they do bother to contact you back then they don't bother to correct items or claim it is not an issue that warrants a fix. Please stay away from this builder as they are unprofessional and unwilling to do the right thing and provide quality homes.

They keep telling me they will fix a problem only to let it get worse with no care it seems, spent 320k on house and they just don’t care. So disappointed I would give 0 stars if possible.
I would not recommend Plantation homes Marine Creek to anyone. Get out while you can! They turned what could have been a great experience into a waste of 3 months. I should have realized when they changed pricing on our customizations twice. John Connor our sales rep had us convinced our permits had been pulled, our redraw of some changes was at architect and just waiting to get it back. They even sent us to design center twice to make all our selections to keep stringing us along. When he was no longer with the company we had to reach out to them, they didnt let us know. At that point they made up a story and said they never accepted our contract at Corp office even though they had taken deposit and 7500 redraw fee. At that point we decided to move on. After all of that we never even received a call from manager or anyone other than new sales person who's response was sorry it didnt work out for you. Run scared and go see the great staff at First Texas they saved the day for us.
We bought our home from them and they are amazing. We were able to customize our home exactly how we wanted and they didn't limit our options like other builders. We've lived in our home for 2 years now and haven't had a single crack in the home from settling. Our neighbor across the street has plantation as well they haven't had any issues either but all the First Texas homes on our street had issues with all kinds of random things. I'm glad we chose Plantation homes. They also fixed things in a timely manner and also helped out even after our one year warranty period. I would highly recommend Plantation Home builders.
