We were concerned about our electric bill trending up every month and clean energy is the key. When Ken, our solar consultant check on our electrical system and said “we need to change this panel” we were enlightened. That was the question in our mind since we moved to the house but we don’t know how and who. It was an additional relief.

Recently dealt with Daybreak consulting on solar. Michael Oneill was the representative. Great information delivery.. When we decide to go solar Daybreak is our company and Mr. Oneill our sales rep

Good product and the installers are good but the customer service is terrible. I recommended someone to them in August and he signed up. Little to no communication and they still have started it. I'm surprised they are still in business.

I had a great experience with this company. The install team was highly proficient. Mr Casey Cotton my consultant was forthcoming and professional. They did the actual install in less than a day. The company even called to insure quality service. Very happy and enjoying the solar monitoring app. Casey even took time out to drive all the way to me to help install my software. I recommend this company highly. Thanks

Mistake from start to finish and nothing but problems. Had issues with the install, where the team came all the way out from 6 hours away but didn’t have what they needed and had to go back, then make the drive yet again the next morning. We’re not very happy with the finished product- they installed the two attic fans Right next to each other. Then there was an issue with the meter. I understand that things have changed due to the pandemic, but we were promised two months of reduced electric bills BEFORE having to make any loan payments. That was an outright lie. The loan company has refused to change our payment plan and said we needed to take it up with Daybreak directly. Daybreak, for their part, has been sending reimbursements when asked- after overdraft charges have been applied. For months they have been telling us we would have a new meter installed “in two weeks.” They are now claiming that our meter was replaced, on a Sunday, when we were home all day and didn’t notice anyone come to our house for any reason. Until our next electric bill is sent, I have nothing but their word that the issue is resolved, and will still have to request monthly for the reimbursement. I would have waited for that to happen before posting a review, but again because of the pandemic I realize many people will be looking to lower their bills and I’d like to advise everyone to NOT try to use this route to do so.
