Friendly service. Very professional service. No pressure. Just what you need to know to make a wise choice. We needed 4 new tires on our mini van. They gave us a few options and we were able to make a choice easily and decided to add the warranty. Again no pressure. This is my first time buying brand new tires, and it went smooth. Very fair price and a job well done.
The guy who was handling us was polite and had a fun energy. He helped us get good tires and quickly for pretty cheap.
Just sent my wife away with a flat. Blake said the air wasn't working. So I called the store myself and ask for a flat repair same guy (Blake) tells me its just a 30 min wait. Truth is he tried to sell her a tire she said just a repair and then they can't fix it.. sent her down the road with 17 psi in her tire.. Great safety Discount tire.. great customer service.. this place has really went down hill in the past few years.. Better pray she don't have an accident.
Fastest discount tire I've ever went to. Usually tire shops are like doctors offices. Wait all day!! This guy is the best. Very friendly and made me feel welcome when I pulled into parking lot. This guy gets the job done and is extremely focused. (Dylan ???)
