I don’t do many reviews but our experience here deserved one. John Graham was hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. His personality, care, attention and willingness (and success) in making a deal happen was simply above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. We wholeheartedly recommend him and this establishment.

They have quite the inventory of towables. Plus the management is super professional and friendly. They tolerate me well. ExploreUSA offers everything from your basic travel trailer to high end fifth wheels. I go there often to see what's new. The parts department is modest and expensive. The labor rates are 125 an hour. The store is right off the freeway. Very near competitors McClain's/Camping World.

Spent a lot of time on the lot today. Sales persons were available but not pushy. The 100 degree heat might have had something to do with it. Lol. The selection is huge. No need to run from place to place shopping. Janice (or Janet) was very helpful explaining our options.

I purchased a Prowler 180RB at the first of June 2020. Had a few things the needed so TLC, so I took back to ExploreUSA (Fort Worth) had an electric problem, kitchen vent and seal around all clearance lights. I called 5 days later, was told they were wanting on parts. 5 says later same answer, 5 more days same answer. Talked to Robert ( service manager) about the problem, he put it all on Heartland, said we're waiting on approval to do the repairs. 5 days later same answer, I got upset and told them they have had my trailer long enough, its my turn to have it in my driveway, they had it for at least 30 day and haven't fixed anything. Then a couple of days I was called and told it was ready to go. I went up there to pick up my trailer and the only thing was fixed was the electrical problem. I was told they are still waiting on parts. I ask why they didn't seal around the clearance lights, I was told if you want to wait we'll do it right now. Excuses is there way of doing business, blame the other guy, if you want this kind of service, this is the place to go. Not me I can not recommend this place to anyone.
