I hadn't been to five guys in a long time, decided to come with the family as there fresh french fries sounded good. My wife and I ordered cheeseburgers and they forgot to put on the MEAT! I'm not sure how that happens but understand mistakes happened. The manager made it right and gave us all a free milkshake. This tells me the place is ran well, it's okay to make mistakes but when they're bad mistakes make it right with the customer without them having to ask, which is what happened. Good job five guys! Food was good!

Update 08/16/2020: Service has improved and everyone was properly wearing masks. Update 04/01/2020: I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED. Since the dining room is closed due to COVID-19 I placed my order on line. I arrived exactly when they said the order would be ready. No other cars where in the parking lot. I was then told over the phone that it would be a little bit more time for the fries. About 12 minutes later my order was delivered to my car. When I got home I realized that my burger was completely wrong and despite my wait for the fries, they seemed to be cold and dried out. The burgers, fries, and hot dogs are good, but the wait is sometimes a little too long and the price is on the high side. This location does have outdoor seating with a view of the highway. So I love 5 Guys, I think the price is worth what you get but the service at this location is beyond abysmal. I have been here three times since moving to the area. All my orders have been pick up. It never fails I get there and my burgers are ready and they always say \give us a few minutes while we drop your fries.\, Which I am use from other locations Well every time at this location I wait 15-20 minutes and watch people come in and place orders, not pick up orders mind you and get their food to enjoy while meanwhile my burgers are becoming a soggy mess. Again I love the burgers and but the service at this location is not worth the trouble.
Good food, just be prepared to wait because everything is made fresh!!!
Ordered my food on Dec 29th @ 7:37pm. Wasn't complete until 8:28pm...Awful
