No idea of the quality of their flooring as we walked in and walked back out minutes later as none of the 5-employees inside the store were wearing masks. We gave employees the benefit of the doubt but there was ZERO effort to simply wear a mask. The employees showed no care for public safety. This Covid breeding ground is why we are still in a pandemic. EDIT to say these are not \uncertain times\. We are certain there is a deadly virus going around and this business is in denial.

Don't Let The Exterior Keep You Away!!! Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff are the first things that come to mind when thinking of Floors To Go. I know when driving past on 121, the urge is to keep going because the exterior is dated, but going inside was the best move I've made in a long time when it comes to my home. We purchased our 1980 built home in 2015. We gutted it and built what we thought was our dream. We went to a flooring store and while the group that did tile was great, the majority of our home was done in hardwood. Those floors were horrible.many problems and no help. It was a bad choice to begin with for our family's lifestyle but our salesman didn't consult with us, just told us what we wanted to hear. Then this summer, we started having water come up through the floorboards. Turned out our A/C was toast. It ruined the floors and our insurance company paid us for replacement. So the search began. Jesse and Theril are both great. We couldn't come during normal business hours, so Jesse came in and met us on his time off. He spent two hours, first finding out about us and our family and lifestyle, then expectations and desires. Finally he was ready to make recommendations, showing us products, answering questions, and writing down our decisions. Weeks later, when we were ready, Jesse came to our home, took measurements, and provided the information needed for the insurance company. They are terrific to work with and I would really hate to have you miss this place because the exterior is dated.

Jesse and the staff at Floors To Go were warm and welcoming. I knew nothing about wood plank floors when I went in and Jesse helped me find scratch proof, stain proof flooring for my busy house full of pets. They got the job done in less than 2 days. Professional and beautiful job. I'm very pleased.

I just had two rooms or carpet installed and they look amazing. Very professional installers. The people at the store-front were also very charming and knowledgeable. They listened to what I needed, directed me to products I would enjoy and gave me a very fair and competitive price. They beat all the big stores by couple of hundred dollars. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family for all their flooring needs. This time I just needed carpet - but their selection of other floor products in the store front were absolutely beautiful.
