I'm not really a pool player but after having so much fun playing pool on my out of state brother's pool table during a visit, I decided to get one myself. Arriving to the Superstore, I was put in touch with an employee named Marc who, despite me telling him that I was looking to getting a table in the future, spent a great deal of time with me, showing what they had to offer, explaining the tables to me, and even showing me their selection of high quality of refurbished tables in the event that I wanted to save on one that was previously owned. I liked his approach. No high pressure sales tactic; no \if you buy this table TODAY you'll save this or that.\ He then left me to roam the store to compare tables on my own but was always available to answer any questions I might have. A year later, I purchased a new Brunswick Allenton. Marc (who remembered me) was busy so Ernie assisted me with the purchase. His recommendations for the size, etc were right on point. The delivery was on time. Set up took 2-2.5 hours max, After the set up, the delivery team (who always wore their masks due to covid) was extremely courteous. The offered me info on how to maintain the table and answered all my questions. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with the overall high level of professionalism and treatment I received by this company that I decided to do so. These guys are top notch all the way around and I highly recommend them

Just bought a pool table and was a great experience. We weren't pressured to buy and they gave us great information. When delivered they guys did a great job and explained and gave a lot of information on the care and warranty.

The whole experience of buying our pool table was great! We made two trips to the store to make our decision. Each time the team was very helpful and did not push any sales on us. The buying process was very easy. The delivery team was very helpful and nice. They showed up on time and made several helpful suggestions regarding the placement and set up of the table. Overall, a great experience.
