We had an unpleasant living experience living here. Management was awful in repairs, she had issues with my husband and legal issues over an arrest but no conviction but management Rachel had someone else that lived there years ago that had a family member that was the friend of management, the person moved and her nephew and his girlfriend being the manager's friend moved in without having a lease and lived there for a couple of years. The guy had several felony convictions and also a injury to a child and several burglary of a motor vehicle charges. It's okay that the manager can break all rules but others that comply with them and do what's right are harassed. I tried reaching out to the owners but had no response and am still trying.

Not a good place to live, the management is bad. It took us numerous times of making work orders to get things fixed knowing our toilet was actually falling through the floor of rotted wood went almost 2 months before it was fixed knowing our was a serious matter, Rachel the manager kept brushing it off everytime I would tell her or submit a work order. . It took a family member who worked for the state to make a review and finishing fix it. At times we would come home to find a neighbor sitting on our porch smoking Marijuana. The manager would not give us our deposit back after cleaning up the apartment knowing we no longer had a lease with them.

I drove by to view the apartments a few weeks ago. There was an argument outside with a women from the office and a guy. All i saw next was a busted window from a complex it was a few complex over by the guy on the lower level. If this is just a pass by to view the area, definitely wont live here better yet my family.

I was approved and already had an electricity company going to connect my electricity the next day when I got a call that they denied me last minute do to asking if I can bring my service dog, when I specifically asked if I COULD NOT BRING HER she had somewhere else to go and I still got denied. My husband actually lost his job opportunity due to the fact that we lived in Houston and he had a job waiting for him to get settled over here for him to start and since Fossil Ridge Apartment denied us last minute he lost that job opportunity to support our family and 8 month old baby. The only good thing about these apartments is that because they approved me then denied me they gave me back my unrefundable application fee.
