Very unprofessional and incompetent scheduling. I had an appointment scheduled (7:45am), that I took time off work for. Someone called 15 mins before my appointment saying the techs won’t be in until 9 - and then asked if I wanted to come in then. No. The worst part about it is I spoke to someone the evening before, confirming my appointment and nothing was said about the techs being in at 9. It’s very odd that you wouldn’t know that ahead of time. It’s just unrealistic to expect people to run on your time. Don’t schedule something you can’t accomplish. Extremely annoying and I hope to never be referred here again

I have been twice to keller's location for brain mri. First one was march 2020 it was a good experience technicians and front desk were so helpful. I got my CD same day. This time i had brain mri yesterday,front desk were not that welcoming like before i don't know maybe because of COVID. Mri tech was great and so helpful. However on the website they say results for regular test take less than 4 hours. So i called to see if my results are ready,they told me they send it to the doctor within 24 to 48 hours and then release it to the patient after 5 days. So why they write something on the website and their policy shows something else? I wish they wrote on the website this information. I am the patient and i have the right to access my medical record when it's released to the doctor. No one understands the amount of stress i live every day to see the results of this report for the last 6 months. And this time i didn't get a CD. So i wish they can clarify that on their website. Other wise staff and techs in general were great. The manager took my complain seriously and followed up on it within 2 hours she was so helpful and wanted to find a solution. This is why i am changing my review . They seem to care about their patients

Do not recommend if you are in pain and need an urgent diagnosis. Scheduling incompetence and delays in verifying insurance. Took more than 2 weeks to get through the insurance and scheduling process and then 2 hours before our appointment they said it couldn't be accomplished since she needed medicine that couldn't be given after hours. Don't schedulers check charts? Just unbelievable and unprofessional.

They kept telling me they had submitted the request for insurance authorization but when I called the insurance , they said they had nothing. It took 4 days of back and forth and finally I asked to talk to the manager. The front desk lady told me she was not available (yeah right) but she would call me back. Before she could call me back, magically my test auth was sent to the insurance and approved. They kept LYING to me all these days because when they told me the test was sent to insurance, I checked with insurance and they repeatedly told me they had not received anything. Also on the day of the test, I observed several employees not fully covering their nose with masks.
