when you go into this guitar center, you should expect nothing less than a loving kiss on the cheek and total reassurance that everything will be ok. these people go above and beyond to make your experience perfect, like the father you never had. that empty seat at all of your dance recitals will be filled by guitar center, cheering you on and bringing you flowers afterwards. they don’t care about selling you the most expensive thing, just the best thing for you. five stars

I used to never like guitar center until dealing with this store, all of the staff is very knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to guitars. They're super helpful to assist in the best experience possible. Today I called to get an average eta for the Ups driver, on some gear I ordered. Usual eta 12-2pm was told ill get a GC email confirmation once its scanned in, and that he'll give me a call, pull and have my order ready for pickup all by looking it up on the caller ID. That's great service, I just wanted to know around when I should be in the area. 3rd guitar from this location.
Great group of guys working there. Real genuine players and nice guys. They have most major brands and models. The used gear section is super limited which I’m starting to see happen a lot in GC. But overall great place to buy some gear.
Bought 1000 worth of gear just now. Asked the guy at the counter if he’d throw in a pack of guitar picks. He asked this smug manager and the manager said no. I could have bought the small plastic bag of picks, sure... but at other GC locations, they always give me some picks or a strap if I’m spending good money. Just seems like bad business. Won’t be going back.
My first time at this GC, i didnt know it was even here but now ive heard its been here for around 20 yrs (according to an employee). The layout of this place is on point,and its very easy to find what youre looking for rather quickly. The staff here are welcoming, knowledgable, just good people. If you're in the area near I20 and Hulen st. In Ft. Worth check em out!
