After hitting a deer I brought them my car needing front end cosmetic work done. Throughout the process I dealt with a few different individuals and all of them seemed to know what was going on with my car and were happy to help. The best part was they returned my car in better condition than it was prior to my accident.

Since I live about a block from this company I decided to have them work on my car. I'm very particular about my car and was skeptical. In the end I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! And here's why. From the moment I walked into their front door I was greeted in a friendly manner. Front end work was done on my Challenger and the great staff constantly kept me posted on the progress of my car and always followed up. They worked with my insurance company and got things done! HACC knows the meaning of great customer service! Now the quality of their craftsmanship is superior. Their master painter matched the freshly painted front end of my car to the rest of my car. I was incredibly pleased! I highly recommend you check this place out for all your car needs.
First of all they were friendly and kind and seemed to really care. Working with insurance bids isn’t always easy but my car looks amazing! We also did the repairs and bid from out of state (Missouri) and we weren’t really here to monitor the progress or see what was going on at all but the communication regarding the progress was really good! Collision Manager Mr. Don Hamilton was super professional and all he could do was talk about the team so I asked for their names - Able, Tony, Arnold,Alex and of course, Don! This is a mom & pop shop and it’s worth it! They did amazing work twice on my vehicle (I’m a bad driver lol) Don was a great person to speak to and Alex sent me text updates often.
