This Place was worth the drive. Great customer service here and reasonable pricing. My cousins and I had a soccer tournament for over 12 teams and we all got trophies with medals. I'm definitely coming back here again and recommending everyone to as well.

Worst customer service hands down! Placed an order for 4 trophies on 4/5 with a pick up date on 4/12. After numerous attempts to pick up I still don't have the trophies over 6 weeks later. These were for an event that took place 3 weeks ago so needless to say I wasn't able to have them to hand out during our event. Not one phone call from them updating us on status. Set appointment to pick up today 5/16 at 1pm and big surprise nobody was here! Save yourself some trouble and don't use this company as they are unreliable and can't meet their own pick up dates. You would be lucky just to get your product.

This place is horrible. I am owed business cards and flyers for over 2 months now. I don't believe I will ever get them or my money back. Stories, lies and excuses is all I hear, and now they do not answer my calls or return them. They have moved locations without giving me an address, and from what I see, they have not updated it online. This has been a horrible experience that makes me sick to my stomach.

I loved the Trophy's a order from this company, I was at a lost due to my other place not being open anymore. I have to have trophy's for my annual dog event,and the two ladies there were very courteous and helpful in finding what I needed. I will revisit them for my future trophy needs
