I have to say,... I have never seen such blatant fake reviews. If you’re going to pad your reviews, maybe you shouldn’t pick a number, like say every other one or every third or even one’s to counter argue the poor review/s right after someone has made a poor review. The biggest fakery I notice, is the sprinkling in of reviews, both good and bad from male customers. They too, seem to be peppered in, in some sort of chronological order AND with a counter-review, just like the others. It isn’t exactly rocket science to know, that there ARE NOT an equal number of male to female customers in a fabric store. Finally, by reading the reviews, it seems as if they are one of those companies that pressure their employees, to pressure their customers into leaving a review on here and the pressure has caused the employees to implore the help of their family and friends to write some reviews....JOANN Fabrics and Crafts,...DO BETTER!

I tried to buy a welcome sign in the Christmas section and there was no barcode, my luck it was the last item. I searched for 15 mins online and I could not find the item. The employees said they could take my name and call me back. I explained I live far from here and was only near here for a birthday party. The did not sell me the item. I took a picture and will either make my own or check online elsewhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this experience. I used to love Jo Ann’s but it has gone downhill which makes me sad.
