Went in last month and again this month for my covid vaccines. They are very nice and make sure you know where you are going. They do a simple check once you walk in checking your temperature to make sure you do not have a fever before entering the main lobby. The covid vaccine area was clean and made sure you knew what to do after getting vaccinated. Once done you sit in a waiting area where they monitor you to make sure you don't have a reaction. This area was clean and as people left their space was cleaned and ready for the next person. Seats were 6 feet apart and mask are required. They have sanitizer everywhere in the hospital. And exiting every room and outside the elevators. Over all a good experience!!!

For a trauma hospital I expected better treatment. Had a severe accident came in with the ambulance aches and pains. I didn’t think they cared too much about how I was feeling. The ambulance guys gave me Tylenol great help from the EMTs. An EMT tech and the young nurse who first admitted me were pretty nice too. I was seen four hours later by a young twenty plus year old Nigerian doctor. He ordered a CT. Two other twenty plus year old techs in radiology attempted to put the contrast dye in my veins via IV. It leaked out about three times. Instead of flushing or redoing the IV the female technician tried squeezing it in my arm began to swell so big see pics. Then they said the test cannot be done with the contrast dye. Anyhow after another hour or so the your doctor discharges me telling me everything was good no medication nothing. I used to be in nursing so I found his results ridiculous but I did want to get home to treat my own pains and aches. You see due to COVID-19 the hospital was getting very busy too many of us were in the hallways. These people didn’t care three times others came to me asking if my name was smith. The patient laying in the hallway behind me was smith. I guess they don’t know to check wrist bands or maybe all blacks look like smith. Thumbs down I do not recommend this hospital I do however recommend the ambulance service. I came home taking over the counter medication ibuprofen feeling much better and praying for a speedy recovery.

I volunteer transporting elderly folks to vaccination sites for their COVID vaccine and this place by far has the worst organized system I've experienced. The staff also don't wear their masks. A vaccine here takes almost two hours and exposure to dozens of people compared to other sites I've been to where it takes 20 minutes with almost no exposure. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

The system is so messy! while I was in the hospital the care and attention was A1, but NOW with the doctors visits and appointments it’s ridiculous! just to schedule a appointment u have to call wait almost a hour in till they answer, just to transfer you to department u want to Do your appointment then u wait another hr to 2 hour just for a appointment and u better hope that they don’t hang up your call in that process because guess what u have to start all over again as of this moment I been waiting for 1 hr 47 min and still waiting to set a appointment that’s just one of things they have work at!
