Like all the reviews this place is HORRIBLE!! They lie and act like it’s an issue when you ask questions and want answers. Different people call you and you get told different stories. Whatever you say doesn’t matter. They are going to write and say what they want to. All the nurses I spoke to barely can speak English. English is NOT their first language so when you say something they take it a different way from what you’re saying. Go somewhere else where the people actually do care.

Wasn't treated with dignity or respect.. flat out refused to help me with the problem I came in for. Psychiatrist Hanna Araya is definitely the rudest doctor I've ever dealt with. You will leave feeling worst than when you came

They do not care for or respect a patient's dignity. The staff is great, however, I feel sorry for them having to deal with the quality of the Physicians.

Worst staff and service I’ve experienced , nurses do not help patients slow medical services one man I seen was having a seizure and the staff just sat there and watched and the man did not get help for several hours. Lots of unethical service to patients and abuse of authority they need to shut down jps psychiatric hospital it is pathetic and dangerous environment to patients
