This place is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is kind and welcoming. Linda at the front is always ready to answer any questions, and made me feel completely comfortable when I was first looking for a place to bring my daughter. Our therapist, Katy, is absolutely a perfect fit for my daughter. She has made major progress with her annunciation skills, and somehow makes it seem like play. Katy is completely engaging, and deftly changes how she teaches to fit not only the child, but the mood the child is in that day. She is so kind and patient, and it's unmistakable that she loves what she does. I would recommend Jump Start, and Katy, without hesitation.

Jump Start is amazing and I will forever sing their praises! Amy is wonderful! And that's an understatement! She took my 2yo non-verbal son and turn him into a Chatterbox in less than 2 years! She is so great at communicating and keeping me updated on his progress. She provided a notebook, that we kept in his book bag, where she would write me updates after each session. This made me feel really connected and helped me to understand what he was working on and how I could help at home. Gina is an Administrative Queen! Via phone and email...any questions I had, any help I needed, I could count on Gina to provide prompt and complete answers. Soooo many emails and requests from me and her responses were always so caring and compassionate.She made navigating the confused world of insurance, a much easier task! I recommend Jump Start to anyone in need of Pediatric Speech Therapy. They REALLY care.
Both Kaitlin and Dani are so great with our little man! Gina, the front desk attendant, is also great. I highly recommend this location to everyone especially those who are questionable on how to go about starting therapy for your little ones. They are very clear and understanding with all your concerns.
We love Jump Start, my 3 year old son has been going for over a year now. He has CP and is considered 'non-verbal' but Ms. Alicia works so hard to find other effective ways of communication for him. And boy have we discovered all the wonderful things he has to say! She is truly the best and believes in my son just as I do! We have seen several other therapists there on 'make-up' visits, and have had good experiences with all. You can tell the therapists work as a team and care about every patient We also love Ms. Gina up front, who is always so welcoming and helpful with scheduling. As long as they are there we will be at Jump Start as well.
I reccomend this to anyone and everyone! All the staff are great! My daughter has gone through two teachers (as our schedules have changed with the start up of school so has our teacher!) and landed with Katie (or Kitty Kat as my daughter continuously loves to call her!)! Katie has shown a level of support I really did not know I needed and really, we could not have asked for a better person to work with our family! She is punctual, funny, charismatic, and puts on a level of strength with an entire heart of kindness when it comes to working with my strong-willed daughter! I thank them all for being apart of our lives as we go through this chapter in needing Speech Therapy. They go above and beyond and I whole heartedly would recommend this facility, with any of their amazing staff! We have yet to be disappointed in any way!
