if you buy something in the store, the associates are helpful and very nice. however, if you call over the phone to ask a question, some of the associates are fairly rude and have a attitude. other than that, i had a very pleasant time in the store when getting gifts this year.

Visited 12/21/2020 and had a horrible experience. Not one associate was kind or helpful, one girl followed me around and acted as if I was destroying the store by touching the handbags all along NOT saying a word to me! Super rude! I was in the store to see the items in person instead of shopping online. That was a mistake! Don’t go to this location!

I returned to the store after seeing that the bag I had purchased had a defect. The lady who helped me while I was exchanging the purse had a horrible attitude. She got upset and even rolled her eyes whenever I was making sure it was the right bag I was getting, repeatedly stating “They’re the same, that is the same bag.”, I just wanted to make sure because it was a present, it wasn’t for myself... I wanted to purchase another purse I had seen while walking in but after that incident and her poor customer service, I felt too uncomfortable to do so. It is very sad that I, as a customer, can’t make sure, for 20 seconds, that I am receiving the right product without feeling like I am bothering the employee to the point where she seems frustrated...

My sister and I went to look for a bag and when we walked in we were not greeted but the ladies behind us were. My sister then asked the price of a bag and the lady we asked rambled off the price and seemed annoyed that we even asked her. While checking out, I noticed the purse I was going to buy was dirty and when I brought it to the lady's attention she had an attitude and seemed annoyed that I brought it up. I do not know if she was having a bad day but my sister and I did not deserve to be treated with such an attention. We have never had this experience at the Kate Spade in Grand Prairie.
